Sketch Factory

A Factory where the fish drawn in Sketch Ocean at teamLab Borderless, Tokyo, can be made into an original item (tin badge, hand towel, T-shirt, or tote bag) and taken home.
Make an order at the Sketch Factory and the fish that you draw will appear and come to life. Once production begins, the fish will disappear into the printer and turn into a tin badge, hand towel, T-shirt, tote bag or papercraft.

Make an order at the Sketch Factory with your fish drawing from Sketch Ocean, and the fish that you draw will appear inside the Sketch Factory and begin to move about. When the fish enters the printer production will begin and it will turn into a tin badge, hand towel, T-shirt, tote bag or papercraft.

We do not perceive the world we see, we see the world we perceive.
Spheres made of accumulated rays of light.The light radiates from the center in infinite fine rays, creating its spherical shape. The light source remains motionless, yet the countless lines emitting from it wriggle continuously.
The spheres have no surface boundary, and the perception of the boundary between the artwork and the body is ambiguous. When you try to touch a sphere, your hand goes into the sphere as it does not have a physical boundary. 
What is this sphere? Why do the rays of lines wriggle?Our world is within us.
And if we perceive these spheres made of accumulated lines, the world we perceive will expand, and we may see the spheres of accumulated lines in our daily lives. As the world you perceive changes, the way you see the world goes on to change.

حول تيم لاب

"تيم لاب" هو عبارة عن مجموعة فنيّة عالمية (تأسست عام 2001)، يتم التعاون فيها بهدف التعمّق في نقاط الالتقاء بين الفن والعلوم والتكنولوجيا والعالم الطبيعي. فعبر الأعمال الفنيّة، تهدف مجموعة من الخبراء ذوي الاختصاصات المختلفة، بمن فيهم فنانين ومبرمجين ومهندسين، وأخصائي رسوم متحركة، وعلماء رياضيات ومهندسين معماريين، إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الذات والعالم وأشكال جديدة من الإدراك.

وفي محاولة إلى فهم العالم حولهم، يسعى الناس إلى فصله إلى وحدات مستقلة يتصوّرون حدودًا في ما بينها. ولكن "تيم لاب" يسعى إلى تجاوز هذه الحدود التي تحدّ رؤيتنا ونظرتنا إلى العالم وإلى العلاقة بين الذات والعالم واستمرارية الزمن. فكل شيء قائم في استمرارية بلا حدود، في استمرارية مستدامة وهشّة وخارقة في آن واحد.
